Kulekhara's main component is Kulerron, making it a great remedy for iron deficiency. Its leaf extract is also used to treat issues like diarrhea, inflammation, stomach pain, and anemia. Boil them for 5 minutes until the water reduces to half. Then, strain the water and drink it. . You can add honey or jaggery if you don't like the taste.

Note- Vitamin C is heat sensitive. So little nutrient loss is obvious.

Avoid using electric mixer for making juice as it reduce the nutrition value.
